Orangespy’s mission is to infiltrate the crevices of the everyday world and uncover secrets hidden beneath the surface. She possesses a unique “perceptive craft,” decoding mundane objects into entities brimming with life. Forgotten leaves, quiet manhole covers, and tilted mirrors all become targets of investigation. Moving fluidly between reality and fiction, she traces subtle clues in ordinary details and records the whispered stories of objects in her recon archive, revealing a fantastical world often overlooked.
Orangespy Recon Archive is a text-based project centered on subjectivity and objectivity. It reimagines everyday objects by observing them through an objective perspective infused with subjective thought. Observation here goes beyond documentation: objects are given perception, thought, and life, forming a unique imaginative space. Each piece is written from an object’s perspective, narrating its observations, understanding, and relationship to the world. Though fictional, these narratives carry philosophical depth, blur the boundary between humans and things, and reconstruct how we perceive the ordinary.
Project Statement: To observe the characteristics and phenomena of objects from an objective perspective infused with subjective thought, where all observed viewpoints and phenomena are fictional.

《桔子特务侦查档案》是一项以探讨主体性与客体性为核心的文字项目，旨在从客体视角出发，以主体性思想重新审视日常事物的特征与现象。在这里，观察不再只是记录，而是赋予“物”以感知、思考与生命，形成独特的想象空间。每一篇文字都以物体为叙述主体，讲述其对世界的观察、理解与联系。这些观察虽然虚构，却充满想象力与哲学深意，试图模糊人类与物体之间的边界，重构我们对周遭事物的认知。

Sometimes our ears deceive us. When I entered an island platform in the subway, I thought the train on the right had departed, but it was actually the one on the left. Was the platform acoustics deliberately tricking me, or were my ears playing tricks?
